The Problem With Political Economy

There's a problem in political economy, which is basically that programs that form constituencies. So we saw an experimentation with cash relief. Some people said it was the wrong, wrong time to experiment with that. To me, it's just still like, it's very nice to me whenever there is a kind of like transcendence of political economy and UBI looked like one such opportunity.
