Alcohol, smoking, caffine and medication such as enseds arsterids are very common causes of this. A lot of times it's done without contrast, which ne cause we can typically see free air if it's appropriated. The typical marginal ulser patient or a patient who unfortunately has presents with a perforated marginal ulcer.
