How to Conduct an Interview Successfully
I think it's wrong to think of an interview as just a series of random questions. You're trying to build, if you like, your case based on what they tell you. The worst thing you can do is go in saying, I've heard or, but it was reported and you make yourself very vulnerable at that point because if they go, that's not true. They have to be the ones who confirm what they're trying to do.
