What Is Complex or What Can Be More Complex?

By default, in science, this is like a notion again that human brain is the most complex thing in the universe. But then again, or I remember, for example, listening to Neil deGrasse Tyson, and he was saying that our brain and chimpanzees genome is only 2% different. And just imagine if in future we have another species, which will be 2%, like, or there'll be this kind of small changes, how different they could look. So it's a good question, but then how we would look at complexity and this part that also matters.
