The Effects of Stretch Me on Muscle Size

There was an increase in distal region kind of muscle size, despite there not being any increase in fascicle length. In the overhead position, they saw more growth in the lateral and medial head. They're not linked then I over he position those are monolarticulate muscles that don't really do anything to their link. But they saw more muscle growth and the lateral in your head. That's why some people have tried to explain away how this may have even happened for potential hypoxia because the arms overhead.
