The Science of Change
Change is initiated by stress. A stress on a system initiates change and without stress, a system will remain at rest or equilibrium. Exhaustion would be your body's trying to keep up with the demand. Your brain might then use resources to create more muscle. And this is how exercise works. You push your body past its limit and your brain adapts down the road. But what does that have to do with selfsabotage?
