Is There a Middle Ground?

Ina, when it's not getting resolved, are there levels of also just sort of like, all right, we're in conflict. We agree to disagree, but we're stll going to have to work together? I mean, is there, is there a middle ground there that is ever worth exploring? And sometimes there's compromise. Sometimes it's like, ok, you know it. You're going to get your way this time,. But i need a guarantee that next time this issue comes up, we'll go with my perspective. Or it might be, you know, let's just meet half way, you know.
