How Do You Test Your Wrist Extension?

Every patient gets a different load. To somebody else's tolerance point of fatigue isn't the same for the next person that comes along. But again, it would be making sure that exercises, if they did have central centalization, were paying free initially. And also, as well as looking at the wrisk extension, ill look at supination strength. So sometimes if it's too painful to do rist extensions, i'll just work on supination,. and that can help.
