The FDIC's Roundup of Deposits in Large Banks

We know that Chinese deposits were backed up at Silicon Valley Bank in the US. So it's like, well, what the hell is going on here? All we know is that the rules that are out in the open don't apply. They're openly derogated for whatever officials want to do in dark rooms. The big banks starting in 2022 and the spring of 2022 really suffered major deposit losses. But the small banks were fine.
