Changing the Load With a Handheld Weight

It does the function of a kettlebell, a dumbbell and what we call a center mass bell. So it provides variable loading within a range. It's got a really nice texture grip that allows you to hold it in different positions. The load offset is just enough that it doesn't overpower the wrist. And then you got different hand sizes so that you can maximize this relationship and hit whatever joint that you're applying. That sounds incredible because you can go straight from front raises to side raises or rear or curl without like putting it down. Now my time under tension goes through the roof.
