When you've gotten really good at bodybuilding or really good at powerlifting, when you can find other things that you're not good at, that's just a really good thing to do. You get to train in different ways. And then so the last thing I have to say about it all is the community aspect. So if you are going to start something new, whether it be CrossFit Jiu Jitsu, I can think of those two things right off the top of my head.
