Dead Island 2: The Best Game of the Year

It's extremely well designed. It wasn't at launch sadly, it took a couple of patches to get there. The attention to detail in the bells and whistles that really sold it as an experience for me. I kind of believe we've had disasters like Redfall this year. Dead Island 2 might be the peak of that. No one had any idea that this wheelie enough was going to be one of the most polished, most next-gen-feeling games. That's out at the moment.
