Scratcher brings the concept of gamification to Martech and we even see it with things like I guess Quiz Commerce. A lot of brands will want to know more and understand more about the preferences of their customers so that they can provide a more personalized customer experience. It's not most companies that it's mature enough to use it in that way which is also fine. Some just want to catch the attention and basically break through this.
