Is CCA Taking a More Proactive Approach?

Until quite recently, CCA would take a rather broad based definition of the relevant market. Now part of this is definitely going into a narrower market definition. So that I think is a very clear transition that's taken place in CCA's approach. And if the market definitions have gotten a lot more narrow, then proving dominance becomes a lot more easier, right?
