Is There Such a Thing as Space Law?

India launches rockets for really important, everyday uses. There's no sign they'll be reducing their need for satellites any time soon. So could we get ahead of this problem and try to limit the impact it could have on the climate? I think there isa greater need for regulation in space, which we need to do. But then, unfortunately, there are so many areas right here on this planet which we have not yet satisfactorily drawn together.
