Ramsey: What is your customer printing? I mean, why do they need this printer? Is it just to print some emails? Well, maybe they don't need all this kind of stuff. Do you have a production house? Do you need to print something? Let's say Coca Cola is your customer. Do you needs to print something that has the red Coca Cola color? It's got to be that specific color. So that there's so many different elements there and solution selling requires that skill of being able to talk to your customer and use active listening.
