How to Deal With Introverts in a Team

Managers need to know their team and just have open conversations with your team. I think if you try and define your group as kind of a homogenous amalgam of people, you are probably going to create a situation where no one is particularly happy. If you understand the individuals then you can shape the functioning of the team around how different people work. Also you can allocate responsibilities to different people in the team really well. You know that certain people who are much more extroverted will be better in different situations so you can allocate them better.
