The Black Windmill was started by a man called Conrad Shabaker sometime in the late 80s, early 90s. He died 12 years ago - that's when his organization disbanded. His notes include cross references to Aldrich Kemp and infrasound. There is no link back to Pleasant Green but he may have been an associate of Cara-red Shabaker. The Thule Society were Nazis who believed aliens had set up a base under Antarctica. They vanished into obscurity when the Second World War began,.
