The Sega Acquisition of a Rovio
Rovio did not want to be bought by Playtica because they didn't get that much money. And so this was clearly a better deal from their perspective. This is like more Rovio's had about six beers and Sega's had about 12. For Sega, they've had very, very little success on mobile or console for that matter. They've been pretty much flat line for a decade at this point.
