Derecar - Is He a Good QB?

The rader's acquiring davante adams is fourth. I'm just not yet sold on indy's weapons from a passing standpoint. Mat ryan would have been higher if mat ryan had gone to denver. But you know, they wern't going to wait for the chiefs. Somebody was going to get tyre kill this year. The jets were certainly pushing the price up. So i get the overpay, but the fact that it wasn't overpay, both contractory and from a draft standpoint.
