How to Adopt the Habit of Meditation
At the moment I'm getting a good sort of 40 minutes in every day. The Antidote is about learning to be with all the negative stuff as well, instead of trying to stamp it out. All sorts of negative thoughts and negative experiences get most of their energy from being thought. If you give them space, if you let them sort of play themselves out, then you learn that they're actually autonomous.
