The startup smile curve is basically a graph that looks like a big U. On the x axis is the number of customers you're serving and on the y axis is the amount of value you can deliver to them. In 2019, there isn't much room for companies in the middle. You cannot provide something average to a big chunk of people. This podcast exists because it helped hundreds of startups go through the early stages.
