The Importance of Consistency

The biggest struggle that I see people having is this consistency and getting them to realize one bad day or one bad meal or one bad month. A B program followed consistently will always yield better results than an A plus program followed inconsistently. Algio uses like, listen, if you got a flat tire on the highway, you wouldn't get out of your car and slash the other three. You figure out a way to fix that fucking tire and keep going forward.
