Is There Gender Inequality Within the Couple?

If we think about one job is flexible and one job is somewhat greedier. That would mean that we still have couple in equity, but we don't have gender inequality. It's really inequality within a household, in the task apeople do. One possibility is that more men could do more child care. But why couldn't the woman do the greedy job? The man do the flexible job.
