How to Build a Decision Tree Correctly
The way we teach you to build decision trees is to follow the principles of Macy. It's a very clever technique actually, I'm surprised many people don't use it. If your decision tree is Macy, therefore the branches in your decision tree are Macy. By default, if you build very tight specific hypotheses around each branch, what does that mean? That means the hypotheses are Macy. So always remember this, you start your learning approach from the BCG led approach where the candidate leads.
