Stone Point is as far to the management centric side of the spectrum at Stone Point as you can get. Alignment's our number one credo. And when we came into it, I don't think there was any expectation of that changing anytime soon. It's a hungry management team, made real investments in it. We're aligned with them. They rolled a considerable portion of their equity alongside us. Our investment thesis and plan typically isn't to go in and make changes. It's to find great businesses that we can help around the edges and be a great partner too.
