Are We Waiting 12 Months?

In the last probably five years, house prices have gone north. Not necessarily the same for units or ments. So i don't think we're going backwards in any shape or form. Even if the market retracts ten % an those that have bought property are still going to be well ahead than if they didn't buy at all. We may see some sort of levelling out but i can't see it going backwards.
