The Cinnamon Curls

It's like skinning an animal a lot of times. They have to keep taking their knife and like cutting and like kind of pushing it back and back and back. And then because if they bend it too far, then they'll actually like break itBecause it's like a cylinder, right? Yeah. So that's how they do it. Then they end up taking it and some little bits and shards will come off here and there. And then they stack all of the little shards and bits inside of a big long kind of loose tube of bark. The cinnamon is so small but amazingly thick.
