The Art of Teaching Is Tuning Into the Essence of the Student
It is critical that we appreciate each individual's unique learning style and natural voice. A sensitive, tailor teaching strategy accompanied by a clearly expressed expectation of achievement can make the difference between helping students minds carve themselves into maturity or stripping them of their joy. Teachers who position themselves more as guides to development than an ominescent authority are promoting in pupils a hunger for absorbing, processing and applying knowledge effectively. And then we've got loving the game. Learning and ambition are playful, adventurous, rather than dizzying experiences fraught with a sense of danger.
