The prevailing form of training of behavior is role play, giving people a safe environment to go in practice. If your trainer is not experienced with the customer, if your trainer is maybe someone who's never actually had a sales role before, that can be really challenging for the trainer. Having a generative AI model would allow for them to be much more fluid and much more realistic," he says.
