Getting Up Early Is a Great Workout
i broke my hand, and that forced a lot of changes. i'm still not at the point where i can go back and lift weights like i i used to. I do have these crazy lobster gloves, which kind of split a mitten down the middleou o two pockets for the the one that holds all your fingers. So i got some of those, and it's heeled enough now where just keeping them together like that, that's good enough for me.
