Can Turkey Compete in Drones?

Drones are a great opportunity for mid-range powers like Turkey or Iran, but to compete with bigger power like the US. Turkish bear-actar and TAI companies are manufacturing drones that are basically on the par with many of the more advanced US-Israeli and Chinese drones. There are like two dozen nations, I think, around the world right now, which are in the process of acquiring or testing drone technology.
