Is the Code Coverage Too Low?

Alicia: I always check the test coverage and I try to not lower it. We have a big team and this is inside our team agreement that every team member is responsible for taking care of that. So basically, we don't accept any pull requests without tests. Do you also have the whoever breaks the build is in charge of doing something? Like they take over, making sure the building is working okay or something. But do you have anything about punishment of people who break the build or break the test coverage? No, no, we're done.
