How to Use a GCD System to Get Things Done

The most common one that I have seen is that they tend to maybe group projects with next actions, sort of set them all on the same page. That can work if you are working on a few, but big projects where you are saying, now I want to focus on this project. But with the GTD, practices is that you should identify all projects that might be relevant for your big small and everything in between. And then it doesn't make sense to have all the next actions under each project.
