The three of us don't even necessarily use an actual barbell that often. In my observation, like we're using the cable column a lot who really cares if it has 70 or 40 on there? I'm looking for stimulus. If you've gained a certain amount of muscle, what what lifting and jujitsu will do for you is when you go into the gym, now you're not married to the amount of weight you do it for.
