I Think Russian Nationalism Has a History Going Back to the Fall of the Berlin Wall

We continue our Ukraine coverage, this time with Zachary Paikin, a non-resident fellow for the Institute for Peace and Diplomacy and a research for the EU affairs-focused think tanks CEPS.
