The Differences Between Astrology and Astrology

It's the position of the sun, moon and planets based on the time and place of birth. Astrology looks at some of that physical data, but also gives a meaning to it. The city in allowing this to happen, of course, was going to benefit because people would have to purchase a business license every year. And so that way they could rent more or less regulated in the city. By doing this, it doesn't mean that the city was saying astrology was legitimate.
