The Advantages of Deferred Consideration
The best rule in the world as the buyer, you're going to withhold something as security for that claim. That may not be that the seller could issue proceedings and get an interim judgment against you for that sum. But the fact of the matter is, if you've got the cash in hand on deferred consideration, it's the good things to have.
