Cleaning Sta Members in a Long Term Rehabilitation Floor

Some of the people who found their work especially difficult were in fact doing work that might be argued to be against the rules. The cleaning sta members we studied had developed systems of figuring out when was it safe to do these things, versus when would it be necessary to go and get a member of the medical staff. Talked about the hope that even though patients were not necessarily aware of their surroundings, maybe some shift in the environment in which they were recuperating could spark something in them and speed their trajectory of healing.
