In college, before college, in high school, I was taking out the trash to setting up accounts and the accounting process. When Bear Stearns crashed, we had a large warehouse line with a bunch of reverse mortgage loans on the line. That's an interesting time to take over for sure. The good news is I made a few friends along the way.

Patrick Donley sits down with Pavan Agarwal about how his company, Sun West Mortgage is using artificial intelligence to improve the mortgage underwriting process with a product they call Morgan. Morgan utilizes what's called empathetic technology to expedite and enhance the entire loan approval process.
