The Universal Grammar of Language

Universal grammar is the view of Noam Chomsky, the famous 20th century linguist. He says there are some general principles like those that are universal to all languages. Those principles are hardwired into the mind at birth and can't be unlearned by intelligence. The way we experience color is a fixed domain-specific property of how our mind works. You can either learn or unlearn that through general intelligence.
