Shell's Response to a Dutch Court Decision
Benson: Client Earth has been a shareholder in Shell since 2016. He says we became aware that many investors were concerned about the way board was managing risks of climate change. Benson: Concerns amplified by another court case, this time in Holland. The company is appealing what they describe as a disappointing judgment handed down in Dutch court.
