There's absolutely no data to support either one of those numbers. It was just a group of people in a room who said, let's pick some number 12 10. My argument is, if saturated fat is really toxic, then it should have a number. Is it 20 grams per day 40 grams per day? That makes no sense at all. If there's a number that is dangerous, give me the number. I mean, we should all be dead.
