Sometimes people don't realize what it takes and potentially what they might need to give up. A good example of this is a client that came into her program, she in her 50s, menopausal symptoms done all the crazy diets,. She's not a big lady. So she's not overweight. What she needs is body recomposition, but also she needs to get more consistent with nutrition, cut back the alcohol so she can improve those menopausal symptoms.
