The bill that created the World Trade Organization was signed by President Clinton on December 8, 1994. It became our new global government for making the rules about all things financial on January 1, 1995. Included in the yes votes were some familiar names, including Arizona's John McCain and California's Barbara Boxer. Every one of them is still representing you in Congress.
