Following her seven-year military tenure, marked by surgeries and a grueling 16 months of chemotherapy, she achieved feats like conquering 30 of Washington’s tallest peaks and taking on Ironman and ultramarathon challenges. Currently, she's earned a spot in the Ironman World Championships and is preparing to race in the Leadville 100 to support First Descents, a charity assisting young adults affected by cancer.
