"It's imperative to do an autopsy on success, not just failure," he says. "We look at our six organizational behaviors and then I ask the question, is one of these a potential keystone habit?" If every staff member would blank one of these six behaviors, it would potentially cascade into other positive habits,. Those are the six: stay fit, make it better, take it personally, replace ourselves, collaborate and remain open-handed.
