Isometric contractions inherently less hypertrophic than dynamic contractions? Because if not, and if long muscle length really are important, it might just turn out that isometric contractions will almost make sense. There hasn't been any sort of systematic comparison now. So there's a chance that dynamic straight up better and you shouldn't do isometric slowness links.
