If you can remove it without a headache and usage or that kind of thing, it's a hundred percent worth it. I mean, like i was mentioning earlier, it's much easier to just surveil you and get all the telimetry information they want from the operating system you run rather than using some obscure hardware back doorthat they know they'd get tons of back lashed over.
