How to Organize a Class for Beginners

When you deal with new people, all you have to do is make sure the variability is generally low. For brand new people, low variability and for people who are experienced tend to be the complete opposite. But typically you don't want too much, if variability is too high, it's too overwhelming. It'd be like lifting up a very heavy weight. Like if you wanted to start squatting, you don't put your 105% one right max to start learning as too much. So you need to introduce a certain amount of challenge to the system.
